Peak season Applies to 14 days of any booking over Christmas & New Year

Rates are per night including VAT for the apartment and include a daily maid service.
(Daily maid service Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

If the booking is made more than 30 days in advance then 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining 50% is payable 30 days before arrival.
If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival then the full 100% payment is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

More than 60 days prior to arrival : 25% cancellation fee.
30 - 60 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival : 100% cancellation fee.
Relaxation of the cancellation policy is at the sole discretion of management.
