The apartment is flanked by the Grace Hotel on the one side and the Rosebank Mall on the other side. The Mall houses the famous Rosebank Rooftop Market, the Rosebank Craft Market, banks , 24hour Bureau de Change, internet cafes, a gym and various shops and restaurants. The Zone nearby, is an entertainment centre with numerous restaurants sidewalk cafes and shops. Less than a kilometre from the apartment there is the Rosebank Clinic and a police station.

We are situated about 6km from Sandton City and Mandela Square which are the entertainment and shopping Mecca of Johannesburg. There are three golf courses in the area and the famous Wanderers Cricket grounds nearby. Another nearby tourist attraction is the Mary Fritzgerald Square which is home to the Market Theatre, the annual Standard Bank Jazz Festival, the Newtown Cultural Precinct and various outdoor entertainment.

Soweto is 13 kilometres away, with historical sites such as the monuments of apartheid struggle heroes and the Mandela Museum. There is also the Constitutional Hill, the home of the South African Constitution, the Johannesburg Art Gallery and the Civic Theatre.

A major bus route to Johannesburg city centre and Sandton can be accessed within walking distance from the apartment. Taxis and transfers can be arranged for the guests. The Gautrain rail service provides transfers to OR Tambo International Airport. The Rosebank Gautrain station is within walking distance located about half a kilometre from the apartment.
