We have different rooms with different rates:

Haiti and Cuba Executive suites:
Both suites are exactly the same and consist of a basic room, private entrance, en-suite bathroom with shower, Flattron TV with DSTV channels, air-conditioning, view over mountain and Caribbean swimming pool, 2 x single beds OR King-size bed for couples (can occupy 2 people).

Montego Elite Suite:
Lovely view of dam / mountain, private entrance, balcony, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi-bath and shower, TV with DSTV channels, air conditioning, Queen size bed (can occupy 2 people).

Honolulu Elite Suite:
View over mountain and Caribbean swimming pool, private entrance, en-suite bathroom with Shower and Jacuzzi-bath (with specially designed surface in a S-shape for a body to comfortably lie in - thus can only take one person at a time), TV with DSTV channels, air-conditioning, 2 x single beds OR a King-size bed for couples (can occupy 2 people).

Honeymoon / Presidential Suite (1 of its kind) Bahamas:
Extremely spacious, lovely view over the dam and mountain and sunset, private entrance, mini lounge, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath (with built-in radio and light), TV with DSTV channels, air-conditioning, King-size bed (can occupy 2 people and if requested mattresses for small children).

Honeymoon / Presidential Suite (1 of its kind) Maldives:
Lovely view over the garden and mountain, private entrance, private balcony, en-suite bathroom with huge and stunning Jacuzzi bath (with build-in radio, waterfall and light), only a hand shower, TV with DSTV channels, air-conditioning, Queen-size bed (can occupy 2 people).

CONFERENCE CENTRE

Half day (5 hours), full day (8 hours) and 24 hour packages available. 15 delegates can be seated in an u-shape and 20 delegates can be seated in school room type seating and 60 for banquet.

LOCATION

The location assures for peacefulness and tranquillity. Situated in the peaceful nature of the Hartbeespoort Dam area, which is a close drive from Gauteng (allows for the convenience of not having to travel too far, yet escapes the hectic city buzz). It is situated just off the R511, R512 and N4 Platinum highway (National highway to North-western side of the country via Sun City and Pilanesberg) connecting to the N1. It is within an hour’s drive from OR Tambo International Airport and Grand Central Airport. Also within one hour’s drive from Lanseria Airport, Waterkloof Airport and Wonderboom Airport. Cocomo Guesthouse and Conference Centre is situated close to the CBD with the main shopping centre and Restaurants (within 1.5 km away from us). The entrance to the dam is within walking distance from us.

DIRECTIONS:

From Johannesburg taking the Hans Strydom road
• Take the Hans Strydom road which becomes the Lanseria road
• Carry straight on with Lanseria all the way
• At the T-junction, (T-junction green Grocer in front of you), turn right
• Carry straight on (passing Necsa Pelindaba on right)
• Take the Hartbeespoort / N4 Pretoria off-ramp to the left
• Take the Hartbeespoort off-ramp to the left (Excel garage in front of you)
• Carry on over the mountain (passing Jasmyn windmill on left hand side and Caltex on right hand side)
• At the second stop sign, turn left (O’Hagins and KFC at the corner)
• At the traffic circle, turn left again
• Carry straight on, passing the stop sign
• You are now in Ou Wapad road. Carry straight on (passing Dreiers centre and an Excel Garage on the right). Don’t turn left here into Canon Crescent. It makes a loop.
• Pass another stop sign and traffic circle
• At the second stop sign, turn right into Cannon Crescent (this is the last street, one closest to the dam)
• Cocomo is Cannon Crescent no. 16 (a big white house with many palm trees, 3rd house from the corner)

From Johannesburg taking the William Nichol Road
• Take William Nichole road (passing Four ways Mall on your left)
• Carry straight on and turn left at the Hartbeespoort turn-off
• You are now on the Hennops River road. Keep straight on all the way
• Keep straight at the first 4-ways crossing you will find (turning right will take you to Pretoria)
• Keep straight at the second 4-ways crossing (passing an Excel Garage on your right)
• Carry on over the mountain (passing Jasmyn windmill on left hand side and Caltex on right hand side)
• At the second stop sign, turn left (O’Hagins and KFC at the corner)
• At the traffic circle, turn left again
• Carry straight on, passing the stop sign
• You are now in Ou Wapad road. Carry straight on (passing Dreiers centre and an Excel Garage on the right). Don’t turn left here into Canon Crescent. It makes a loop.
• Pass another stop sign and traffic circle
• At the second stop sign, turn right into Cannon Crescent (this is the last street, one closest to the dam)

From Rustenburg via the tunnel
• Drive over the dam wall and through the tunnel
• Keep straight on (passing the Snake and Animal Park on your right and Squires restaurant on your left)
• Carry straight on (passing Wimpy on the right hand side)
• Keep straight on at the traffic light
• Keep straight on at the 4-ways crossing (passing TOTAL Garage on the left and Spur on the right)
• Turn right at the stop sign (Sediba Plaza on right hand side and KFC on the corner)
• At the traffic circle, turn left again
• Carry straight on, passing the stop sign
• You are now in Ou Wapad road. Carry straight on (passing Dreiers centre and an Excel Garage on the right). Don’t turn left here into Canon Crescent. It makes a loop.
• Pass another stop sign and traffic circle
• At the second stop sign, turn right into Cannon Crescent (this is the last street, one closest to the dam)

From Pretoria via the N4 toll road from Pretoria-west, NOT the N4 Platinum Highway (N1)
• Take the N4 toll road from Pretoria-west.
• After the second pay point, take the Hartbeespoort / Brits / Rustenburg off-ramp
• Turn right at the off-ramp
• Take the Hartbeespoort off-ramp to the left (Excel garage in front of you)
• Carry on over the mountain (passing Jasmyn windmill on left hand side and Caltex on right hand side)
• At the second stop sign, turn left (O’Hagins and KFC at the corner)
• At the traffic circle, turn left again
• Carry straight on, passing the stop sign
• You are now in Ou Wapad road. Carry straight on (passing Dreiers centre and an Excel Garage on the right). Don’t turn left here into Canon Crescent. It makes a loop.
• Pass another stop sign and traffic circle

From Pretoria via the N4 Platinum Highway (N1), NOT the N4 toll road from Pretoria-West:
• Take the N4 Platinum Highway (N1) north of Pretoria heading to Rustenburg.
• After the second pay point, take the Hartbeespoort / Brits off-ramp
• Turn left at the off-ramp towards Hartbeespoort, away from Brits
• Carry straight on, passing a Sasol garage on your right
• Still carry straight on, over the mountain (Silkaatsnek)
• The road will make a turn. At the turn, take the off-turn on your right to Hartbeespoortdam
• Carry straight on until you get to a 4-ways crossing (Total garage on your left hand side) and turn left
• At the second stop sign, turn right (O’Hagins and KFC at the corner)
• At the traffic circle, turn left again
• Carry straight on, passing the stop sign
• You are now in Ou Wapad road. Carry straight on (passing Dreyers centre and an Excel Garage on the right). Don’t turn left here into Canon Crescent. It makes a loop.
• Pass another stop sign and traffic circle
• At the second stop sign, turn right into Cannon Crescent (this is the last street, one closest to the dam)
• Cocomo is Cannon Crescent no. 16 (a big white house with many palm trees, 3rd house from the corner)
