When entering our premises, a lusciously green garden invites you into our secure domain, where we provide you with safe parking, some undercover. You have a private entrance with your own access control, to come and go as you like. We are very conveniently placed, only 4 kilometers from the N1, on the R700, Eeufees Road and En-route to the City centre, with easy access to all major centres. We are a mere 700m (seven hundred meters) from the Northridge Shopping Mall. Our newly decorated reception finds you in a professional environment with a touch of ethnicity. All our paintings, throughout the Guesthouse are original; oils, watercolours etc from various young 'up-and-coming' artists. Accommodation@ the Villa we provide you with luxuriously appointed accommodation, upbeat facilities and stylishly decorated rooms, each with it’s own signature. We offer you modern, well-designed, Luxury En-Suite rooms, twin or King size beds with Percale linen and Glodina towels and bathroom amenities. All our rooms include up-market facilities including a dressing table / workstation, Flat screen TV with DSTV, M-Net, SABC & E-TV, Air-conditioning, heaters, ceiling fans, hair dryers, electronic safes, tea and coffee tray, honesty bar fridge, ice and drinks tray; the cherry is on the house. Each room has its own entrance and patio, overlooking a tropical garden and sparkling outdoor swimming pool. A beautiful garden with tranquil settings and boasting a large Koi pond has the calming effect of running water. Environ friendly, indigenous trees and plants…clivias, arums as well as Bonsai of indigenous trees. An abundance of birdlife (20 species) to be awaken by in the morning and in the evening, a frog or two, croaking the night away in the background of a quiet summer evening. Breakfast and DiningContinental Breakfast: A cold buffet consisting of 3 types of cereal, fresh fruit salad and fruit juice, yoghurt (low fat) as well as breads and spreads, jams and cheese, health bread, seed loaf (low GI) and / or muffins. At times, some of the above would be home made. Tea, filter coffee, bottled water and fresh milk is also available. Cooked Breakfast: A hearty South African, English or Free State style breakfast including all the above. Breakfast is served between 7.00 - 9.00. Should you want an early start and be on your way, we will put out the cold buffet for you, by arrangement. Dinner: Is only served to some of our regulars by special arrangement and agreement. We otherwise have a home delivery order system. Braai / Barbeque Our braai (BBQ) facilities can accommodate 6-10 people. We will provide you with everything you need. Braai packages can be arranged. Should you want to arrange your own, a nominal ‘plate charge’ is asked. Make it your own! Invite your friends, customers or colleagues. (By prior arrangement only). DIRECTIONS: From the N1 North or South, on the Western by-pass. Take the R700, Eeufees Road, off ramp. From a Southerly (Cape Town) direction, take the R700, Bultfontein/Eeufees Rd off-ramp - after taking the off-ramp turn right at the STOP, into Eeufees Road, Bayswater. From Northerly direction (JHB) Take the R700, Eeufees Road, off ramp.- after taking the off-ramp turn left at the STOP, into Eeufees Road. Carry on for +-3.5Kms you'll see North Ridge Mall on your right, MOVE to the right hand lane, as we are only 500 from this intersection – duel road starts. Slow down as this is a 60km/h zone. At next crossing, Gladstone , Calliope - turn right and make a U- Turn - back into Eeufees Rd. Approximately 20m from making the U-turn. Second house from the corner, two LARGE brown pots either side of gate. From Bloemfontein Airport Coming out from Airport, STOP at T-Junction, cross over to go right ( west)… onto the N8…going into Bloem. At the next junction, take second off ramp, Left - M10 - Rudolph Greyling/ Noordhoek, - circle back under the N8 over bridge, North onto Rudolph Greyling Rd. Carry on with this Road - way ahead…you will see an over bridge - go under and over the fly over (railway lines) - go ½ way roundthe circle (12o/clock) into Wilcocks Road. Duel road starts - carry on till you get to another circle - Go ¾ way round (3o/clock), up into Eeufees Road. +- 3km, stay in left hand lane …just after the Calliope / Gladstone crossing over Eeufees Rd - second house from the corner - 67 Eeufees Rd.
