About the Phokwane Marathon, Half Marathon and 10km

Run in Kimberley this is a fairly difficult, circular, scenic hilly course that is run mainly on tarred roads. Wheelchair athletes are welcome to enter the 42.2km, 21.1km, 10km and 5km races. Entries are accepted at the start from 06h00 and walkers are also welcome. There are lucky draw prizes after the race.
The Phokwane Marathon forms part of the Vaalharts Country Festival and the Bhundu Bash mountain bike race will take place at the same time. With the choice of either a marathon, half marathon, 10km and 5km race you will have no excuse to try one of the distances.
