Organised by Northerns Athletic Club and taking place in Jan Kempsdorp north of Kimberley, this is a very fast half marathon race run on tarred roads. The course is out and back. Walkers are welcome to enter the 10km and 5km race.

If you live in the area or would like to head to the Northern Cape to take part in a road running race then add the Jan Kempdorp races to your running calendar.

There is plenty to see in Kimberley and with the race being over by mid-morning you will have more than enough time to do a bit of sight seeing when your exercise is done.
