Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome.
After finalizing the brides requirements, we will put together a Client Acceptance Form. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, as well as the completed and signed form, in order to confirm the function. Confirmation of the number of guests needs to take place at least 18 days in advance and final billing will be based upon this confirmed number. Payment of the balance will also be 18 days prior to the function and the balance / extras (i.e. bar service etc.) will be following the function.
In the event that the client wishes to cancel the function, notice must be given in writing. The following cancellation fee will be levied:
Notice before 121 days prior to the function no cancellation fee
Notice from 120 90 days prior to the function 30% of the total cost
Notice within 89 30 days prior to the function 50% of the total cost
Notice within 29 or fewer days prior to the function 100% of the total cost
