Villa di Baia awaits your pleasure. Situated atop a hill overlooking Walker Bay and onto Hangklip and Cape Point in the far distance, this magnificent Mediterranean villa offers luxury self-catering accommodation for families or couples, - the perfect retreat from city life.
Amidst a garden of indigenous fynbos and soon to be planted lavender fields, this 11ha property offers a great retreat to all nature lovers. Abundant bird life, expanses of open spaces and majestic views from the patios overlooking a solar- heated pool, all add to the splendour of the “Villa on the Bay”.
Accommodation
This two bed-roomed unit with beautiful Italian décor includes the veranda suite with Queen size bed and the main suite with a King size bed. The unit has its own courtyard bathroom with slipper bath and outside shower with additional shower with toilet inside. The unit has a lounge and kitchenette and access to its own private garden
Breakfast and Dining
We serve a full Continental breakfast on request or alternatively a lighter health breakfast. As the owner is a gourmet chef, we can accommodate all pre arranged requests for breakfast as well as cater dinners for larger groups / families.
Exclusive Use of the Villa
The entire house with six bedrooms and five bathrooms can be rented on request, for a party of 12 -14 people. The Villa has a vast 18m enclosed veranda with views to Cape Point, a modern kitchen, dining room with a huge fire-place for cozy winter evenings and a chic lounge with large screen TV. Available for a minimum of five nights throughout the year or 12 nights during December.
The house has private beach access some 6kms away by four wheel drive car, or for the more energetic guests - a walk adjacent to a nature conservation area and over the dunes.
