Please note that a credit card imprint/pre-auth in requested on arrival for any breakages. Only if the Guest is not able to provide a credit card on arrival, a cash breakage deposit of R500 per night (max R5000) is required.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
PEAK PERIOD CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation within 46-60 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. In the event of a cancellation within 31-45 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 75% cancellation fee will apply In the event of a “no-show’ or cancellation less than 30 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
