Overlooking the 14th fairway in Selborne Park Golf Estate, The Amethyst Sunbird is a beautiful three bedroom semi-detached villa / apartment that boasts spectacular views of its surrounds.

The veranda at the front of the house has a built-in braai and offers a wonderful setting for outdoor catering and entertaining. A secure lock-up garage is situated at the back of the apartment.

Self Catering Accommodation

The main bedroom is en-suite and opens to a small balcony overlooking the gardens and fairway. Each of the guest bedrooms have built-in cupboards and are furnished with twin beds.

Facilities

A beautifully decorated lounge furnished with cushioned sofa and large coffee table face a flat screen TV with full DStv. Open-plan to the lounge is the dining area with an eight seater dining room suite.

The estate is surrounded by electric fencing and has 24 hour security. The area is home to a variety of small animal life such as duiker, bush buck and mongooses and over 160 species of birds which are often spotted in the natural brush.
