If you’ve ever felt like the world is moving too fast and you’re not taking it all in then Taim Go Loer is the perfect place for you. I thoroughly enjoyed the stunning scenery, the peaceful nature and the natural noise that was coming from nature. I highly recommend this place it’s a great place to recharge your batteries!

Fresh area and our own private petting zoo outside the front door, what more do you need. Oh yes, no cell phone signal on the farm - that was the best (no genuine). Family playing board games or just talking nonsense; nobody hanging over their cell phones or laptops .... heaven!!!!!! Will be back again to stay in the Barn.

We stayed on the guest farm a week and we had a fantastic: time: A more peaceful and relaxing place with beautiful surroundings on earth doesn't exist! A true Out Of Africa' experience ! The real world can be forgotten for a moment and when you leave, you are rejuvenated and can face the world out there again! Ilze, the owner of the cottage is also the lady behind the successful Napier Farmstall in the village, where we went everyday to get connectivity for a moment. She serves the most delicious dishes and sells wonderful home made jams, cookies, etc. She and Karel, the assistant on the farm, made our stay in the cottage so enjoyable: friendly and very helpful. But the best company were the three beautiful ridgebacks!! A place to remember and to return back to! PJ and Anna

The accommodation in the authentic cottage is spacious and comfortable. We built a roaring log fire daily which kept us lovely and warm. There were quite a few very pleasant country walks. We loved the daily visits by the very friendly chickens. The two donkeys loved the carrots we fed them. One of the donkeys was really affectionate. All in all, a pleasant and peaceful experience.

Absolutely amazing weekend getaway experience! I can't wait to visit again! Ilze's homemade rusks and brown bread were a special treat and the fresh farm milk is great served cold in a drinking glass! The accommodation is also well equipped for all self-catering needs - just remember to pack some foil and serviettes! Missing that indoor fireplace already.
