This exclusive villa is just 450m from the Saunders Rock beach and tidal pool and is an ideal base for families and friends.

Self Catering Accommodation

Serenity Bay is a triple story, self catering holiday home with seven bedrooms. The rooms have King-size beds which can be converted to twins on request. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower or both. The rooms have their own TV with satellite channels / Netflix and a personal safe. The master bedroom has a walk in dressing room and a terrace. Some of the other bedrooms also have a terrace, private or shared. There is also a separate guest toilet.

The living and dining areas have a fully equipped kitchen which includes a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There is a bar area with a bar fridge and stools. The lounge has a TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The dining area has a large table with seating for fourteen guests. The living area leads onto the terrace which has a gas barbeque, swimming pool, couch and pool loungers.

A single garage is available for one standard size vehicle and there is parking for one car outside the garage. The property has electric fencing and an alarm system.
