Ocean View 804 has three bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a corner bath, large shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There are 2 single sleeper couches available in the living area for guests seven and eight. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge, and a dishwasher. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are also available for guests to use. The lounge has a sea view, comfortable couches, as well as a TV with Netflix and a sound bar, opening onto a balcony. Wi-Fi is also available.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 60% of the deposit.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 40% of the deposit.
