No 27 is a rustic-style holiday home located in Klipkop, Grabouw, nestled in beautiful mature gardens with a swimming pool. The house has magnificent mountain views. No.27 is a self catering property with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guests have access to the whole house, the garage and the extensive gardens. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. There are double doors opening onto the swimming pool area. This room has air conditioning and under-carpet heating. Luxury cotton bedding and towels are provided. The second and third bedrooms can be configured as a twin or king size rooms. They have under-carpet heating and luxury cotton bedding and towels are provided. Double doors open from the second bedroom onto the stoep. These rooms share a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The house has a fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge area is furnished with leather couches and DStv (all sports channels and movies) and the dining area seats 6 to 10 people.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
