Park Avenue is accessed from Valley Road which runs the length of the valley in Hout Bay. The easiest way to find it is to follow the signs to "World of Birds" from either of the main routes into Hout Bay (coastal route M6 either south via Camps Bay/Llandudno or north via Chapman's Peak, and inland route M63 via Newlands/Kirstenbosch/Constantia Nek). This will direct you into Victoria Road (M6) and then Valley Road where the World of Birds is situated. Park Ave is to the left at the first stop street in Valley Rd.
The shorter route if travelling via the M63 from Constantia Nek is to turn right into Disa River Rd where there is an accommodation sign pointing to "Tarragona" (about 2.2km after the "Welcome to the Republic of Hout Bay" sign). From Disa River Rd, turn left at the T-junction into Valley Rd and then right into Park Ave at the 3rd stop street.
