How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
No Shows: Rooms will be paid in full. No Refunds.
Early departures: No Refunds or Discounts.
Cancellation 3 days or less to check in: 100% of total of booking value payable.
Cancellation at any other time: 50% of Booking value / No deposit refundable.
Change or modifying of reservation or dates: A charge of R250 will be applicable.
