Kolgans is a lovely three bedroom house situated in the Clarens Golf and Trout Estate. The house sleeps a maximum of six guests. While here you can enjoy a round of golf, go for a spot of fishing or visit the club house for a bite to eat, a coffee or a beverage of your choice.

This stunning home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds.

All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with either a bath, a shower or both. Electric blankets and heaters are available for your use.

The lounge area is comfortable and a lovely place to relax. It has a gas fireplace and there are two TV‘s with DStv.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your self catering needs and contains a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, cutlery and crockery.

Additional Facilities

The glass enclosed patio area has a braai area and has sliding doors that open to the outside patio area. There is secure parking available, one under a carport and ample space for an additional car.
