Hartfell Cottage in Dullstroom is a spacious farmhouse that opens out onto an expansive lawn, making it perfect for families. The cottage has three bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed, the second is furnished with twin beds and a sleeper couch and the third is furnished with twin beds and a bunk bed. The cottage has two bathrooms, one is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin, while the second is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. There is an open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped, a dining room, and a lounge area with an enormous fireplace. The cottage offers a lovely view and access to one of the dams, while the other larger dams are within easy walking distance. Pets are welcome at an additional charge per pet. No low profile vehicles or tyres are advised, a high clearance vehicle is required to navigate the dirt road to the farm.

Normal weather conditions require a high clearance vehicle for the dirt road. However when excessive rain fall is received (generally during our summer months), we recommend 4x4 (minimum diff lock).

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the deposit.
