The house has three bedrooms and can accommodate a total of eight guests. There is one bedroom downstairs, furnished with a double bed. There are a further two bedrooms upstairs. One of the rooms has a double bed and the other has twin beds. There is also an additional double bed in an open plan, but portioned area off the TV lounge.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Excluding the 50% non-refundable deposit, you will be refunded any additional payments made if you cancel 60 to 30 days prior to arrival. You will waive 100% of payments made if you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival.
