Set high on the hillside above historic Simons Town, El Mirador provides self-catering accommodation overlooking the entire False Bay Coast. The apartment is tastefully furnished and comprises two double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is a further double bed with it's own toilet and wash basin. The unit has two living rooms for entertaining with an open-plan kitchen. Furthermore, an expansive balcony provides the ideal outdoor living lifestyle. Facilities: Internet / broadband connection, satellite dish, Easyview / Multichoice connection available. Hair dryer, fan, phone / fax, parking, secure, safe lockup. Guests have an astounding view over False Bay with Simons Town yacht basin and the naval harbour in the foreground. Furthermore, an expansive balcony provides the ideal outdoor-living lifestyle which the famous South African weather so generously permits.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
El Mirador will retain the full deposit payment in case of cancellations made with in 60 days of arrival or no shows. A full refund of the deposit, minus a 10 % handling fee will apply to bookings canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
