How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
• 50% deposit proof of payment is required together with the booking form to secure a booking.
• If deposits are not received within 48 hours of reservation enquiry the reservation will be cancelled and the dates may be allocated to other guests.
• The balance is due at least 14 days prior to arrival, or the booking will be forfeited without refund.
• 100% deposit is required on arrivals within 7 days or less.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival date will be refunded 100%.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the 50% deposit.
• Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full booking amount. This also applies to non-arrival.
