Perfect bare-foot relaxation at the waters edge with enclosed large garden with built-in braai (barbecue) for outdoor entertainment, surrounded by trees and abundant birdlife.
The spacious ground floor open-plan layout has a lounge with wood burning fireplace and a double volume dining area with adjacent fully appointed kitchen, ideal for entertaining. The feature staircase leads upstairs to a second fully carpeted lounge with breath-taking sea views across the bay. The three bedrooms all have double built-in cupboards and are fully carpeted. First bedroom (upstairs) has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with toilet, vanity and spacious walk-in shower. Second bedroom (downstairs also with sea view) has a Queen-size bed and bathroom en-suite with toilet, vanity and walk-in shower. Third bedroom has twin beds utilizing the adjacent main bathroom with vanity, bath and walk-in shower and separate toilet.
