The Brass Bell Loft staircase is the centrepiece of the apartment as it connects the basement room (furnished with a single bed) with the garage, then the main bedroom furnished with a double bed, then up to the open plan kitchen living area. It is almost like ladder in a tree house. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. The small boxed bathroom is up the stairs next to the kitchen and fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The sitting room with TV looks out on to the mountains and the local Fisherman's community flats. Wi-Fi is provided as well as satellite TV. There is no garden but there is an alley should guests wish to bring a small braai. The neighborhood is scruffy looking on the opposite side of the street but it is not dangerous. The people are regular folks and will not bother you much other than some colorful language. There is an alarm and remote garage.

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the deposit.
