The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with basic heat-and-eat appliances such as a bar fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

Only residents and guests have access to the exclusive development's facilities; private beaches, bird parks, a putting green golf course, cycle tracks, walking paths, a large children's park, and launch sites for boats onto the waterways which lead directly into the lagoon.
