The home is well secured with an easy flow layout throughout, large windows allows for natural light to enter. On the third floor you will find the main bedroom, second and third bedroom, a spiral stair case will bring you down to the second floor, it accommodates the fourth bedroom, open plan study, lots of closet space, the kitchen and lounge leading to a sitting on the balcony. The first bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedroom have two single beds each and share a bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and an an-suite bathroom with a shower. The stairs leading down to the first floor takes you to the sanctuary of comfort the entertainment room, here you will find the a pool table, dart board, wine rack and bar fridge and a cozy L shape couch. This room opens up to a sunny outside patio area with dining area, built in braai, a swimming pool and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the good life.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?
