827 Park Road offers luxurious self catering accommodation, ideal for family getaways of eight guests (adults and children) and is situated in a quiet and safe residential area approximately 600 meters from the main Ramsgate Blue Flag beach and lagoon. This home is not suitable for groups wanting to party and socialize and booking requests from guests wanting a party venue, unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Self Catering Accommodation

This fully furnished home comprises four spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The main bedroom with air conditioning is equipped with a Queen-size bed, and the second and third bedrooms each have a double bed, the fourth bedroom has two single beds.

The large well-equipped kitchen contains a built-in oven, a counter-top stove, a microwave, a washing machine, and a fridge / freezer.(Included toaster, kettle, iron and board). The lounge, with air conditioning, and TV room open`s up on to a covered patio, which overlooks the beautiful pool and sub-tropical gardens.

A sweeping driveway entrance leads to plenty of secure parking. The property also features a full alarm system and auto-entry gates. The entire home, garden, pool and entertainment area is available to the booked guests only and no day visitors are permitted.

There is quality patio furniture, poolside chairs and loungers and a Weber braai. Bed linen and towels are changed every 4/5 days depending on the length of stay.

Good sized private house in quiet location, well furnished, clean and comfortable. Nice mature gardens with a very good sized swimming pool. The hosts live adjacent and are on hand should any problems arise but do not intrude ,

It's an ideal place to relax and unwind. Brilliant family holiday destination! Mike and his wife were very accommodating. The accommodation was clean and neat. It is situated near the shops and other facilities. Most of all the pool was cleaned daily. I was truly impressed! There is nothing that you would not like.
