62 Topanga is a self-catering, four sleeper holiday apartment offering accommodation in Uvongo. Situated in the heart of Uvongo in the South Coast boasting an ocean facing balcony for dolphin, whale and boat watching.
The unit is fully furnished and is orientated towards self-catering guests. It has a spacious open plan kitchen including all kitchen cutlery and electrical kitchen appliances. The lounge is equipped with comfy coaches, DStv family bouquet and air-conditioning for those really hot or cold days. There are big sliding doors that lead out onto the balcony.
The bedrooms are fully equipped with linen, dressing table, sliding windows for a fresh sea breeze. Bathroom 1 includes a bath basin and toilet, bathroom 2 has a shower, basin and toilet and is en suite. The balcony has a full gas braai ideal family/friend social events, alternatively one can simply relax and enjoy the breath-taking views.
Furthermore, the complex offers a communal swimming pool area, tennis courts which are easily accessible, communal braai areas, kiddie’s pool and a self-service Laundromat. The complex has 24-hour on site patrolling security, each unit has secure parking for cars and trailers.
There is an optional cleaning service to be arranged with cleaners at an additional cost.
Uvongo beach, lagoon and waterfall are in walking distance of the unit as the complex has private entry onto the beach. The swimming area of the beach is shark netted, there are lifeguards, a fishing pier, surfing and beach walking.
62 Topanga is a two minute walk from the lagoon and beach, 3km from Shelly Centre mall and 4km from Margate breach. It is ideally situated close to shopping centres, loads of restaurants, and water-park at the Casino, 25kms away, zip-line, swing bridge at Lake Eland and Oribi Gorge (a must see), game park are about 30 minutes away.
