The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin, and the other is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The kitchen is well equipped and features a 2-plate stove with mini oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also a dining table in the kitchen with 6 chairs and a wood-burning stove in the old fireplace. The front patio overlooks the large, grand old church, and then there is an undercover outside seating area off the kitchen with a large dining table and chairs; and a braai area.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?
