Self Catering Accommodation

400 Waterside Road Villa is a self catering holiday home with three well-appointed and individually decorated rooms, sleeping six people in absolute comfort. There is an additional reading nook which can accommodate one or two more people on request (subject to additional charge).

On the upper level there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King-size bed, that can be converted into twin beds, ample built-in cupboards, a chaise lounge and a wall mounted flat-screen TV with DStv / satellite. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower and a bidet. The door opens onto the balcony with table, chairs and a full lagoon view. The second bedroom features twin beds, ample built-in cupboards, a reading nook with a double sleeper couch and an en-suite bathroom (with a shower only). There are doors that open onto a balcony with a table, chairs and a full lagoon view.

On the lower level there is the third bedroom that is fitted with a King-size bed which can be converted into twin beds, ample built-on cupboards, a couch and an adjacent bathroom with a shower only.

On the upper level there is a spacious, air-conditioned lounge with an indoor wood-burning fireplace and a large flat-screen TV with full DStv / satellite. There are doors that open onto an undercover patio that boasts a full view of the lagoon. Guests are able to enjoy their meals at the six seater dining table. A Jacuzzi, sauna and heated rim-flow salt-water swimming pool are all available for guests to enjoy as well as BBQ facilities and a pizza oven. The kitchen is fully equipped and makes use of a microwave, fridge / freezer, electric stove, oven, tea / coffee making facilities, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer.

There is an inverter which runs TV and Wi-Fi, also rechargeable lights for loadshedding.

Pet Friendly
