Tour Itinerary

  1. DAY 1: Johannesburg, Nelspruit airport & Hazyview to Kruger National Park

Our exclusive wildlife experiences are all about providing personalised and friendly service of the highest standard. When we say exclusive we really mean it! We will not combine your overnight safari with another group whether you are two people or ten.

    An unforgettable wildlife experience!
The Kruger National Park is a magical place - the excitement of seeing an elephant herd with tiny babies, giraffes drinking or lion cubs playing whilst the adults nap will becomes memories to cherish for life.

Nothing can compare to the breath-taking thrill of seeing a lion for the first time walking through the African bush; spotting a leopard up a tree or being up close and personal with an endangered cheetah.

Day 1: After welcoming you on board our comfortable open Land Rover safari vehicle, there will be a brief synopsis of what to expect during the safari.

There is a short drive before entering a Kruger gate in the southern region, an area known for its herds of elephants and buffalos, home to the king of the jungle and of course wherever lion prides are, antelope, zebra and giraffe abound.

As the afternoon cools down, keep your eyes open... this is when the predators like hyenas, lions and leopards start their day.

With evening drawing closer and just before the gates close, we head to camp for a relaxing evening, spent recounting experiences whilst listening to the laugh of a hyena, or the roar of a lion. Dinner in the camp restaurant - À la carte menu.

    OVERNIGHT: En-suite air-conditioned rondavel

  2. DAY 2: Kruger National Park Camp to Kruger National Park

The animals get off to an early start, so we do too! It’s the perfect time to spot night-time predators that are still active. Perhaps we’ll see a pride of lions, maybe a leopard or the elusive cheetah.

After stopping for breakfast, we’ll continue our search for the magnificent creatures of the wild and then head back to camp for lunch and relaxation until mid-afternoon.

As the afternoon cools, we’ll board the open vehicle for another thrilling wildlife adventure. This is the time of day when animals become active again, the chances of seeing the big cats are good.

Arriving back at Camp before the gates close, there is time to take a stroll around the camp, or to just relax with a sundowner before dinner.

    OVERNIGHT: En-suite air-conditioned rondavel

  3. DAY 3: Kruger National Park Camp to Kruger National Park

Awaken to a spectacular African sunrise, before embarking on a morning safari (if only staying for 2 nights). We'll visit a river or dam where we can observe hippos in their groups of 10 – 30. Chances are we’ll spot a crocodile too – these reptiles average 5m in length, live up to 100 years old, and are well represented in Kruger’s rivers.

We could see large elephant and buffalo herds, a pack of endangered wild dogs and the majestic Kudu bull, the opportunities are endless.

With Kruger fading into the horizon we head for Hazyview arriving back at midday, all the richer for the experience with memories to treasure for life.

It is true that a visit to rural Africa is like a step back in time, where nature rules and mankind is but a spectator.

We look forward to welcoming you!
