Patrick’s love for wildlife photography has over the past ten years refined his technical skills which he now creatively applies to wedding photography. He prefers a photojournalistic approach which is unobtrusive and natural, capturing the joy, tears, drama and humor as the day unfolds.
His wife joins him as his creative assistant, adding a feminine touch to some of his pictures and assists in the design of the photo books. Patrick is extremely attentive to detail and does all of his own printing and design work to maximise his creative control and to keep it in line with the couple’s brief.
Patrick offers engagement photo shoots to couples who want to use these images on their wedding websites, blogs and wedding invitations. This is a great opportunity to get to know each other better and for you to see which poses work best for your wedding day.
From getting dressed to joining in all the fun at the reception, Patrick captures it all. The day is about you and your partner - so enjoy every minute of it. Most of the day will be photographed as it progresses. Allow 20 minutes to capture family portraits and 45 minutes for creative pictures with the newlyweds.
All packages include a full day of photography. There are various packages available to suit each couple’s need - you can even customise your own. The packages combine prints, high resolution images on CD, and a DVD slideshow. Photo books are very popular and are uniquely designed to match the theme and mood of your wedding. It is best to set up a meeting to discuss your likes and dislikes, and to tell the photographer which shots are important to you.
