Kings Function Hire was started in 1996. “Kings” depicts royalty and bearing that in mind we are here to provide excellent and quality service in Gauteng and neighbouring provinces in order to meet the requirements of the rapid growth in the hiring industry.
Kings Function Hire hires out equipment to corporate companies, religious organizations, educational institutes, private functions etc. Orders are taken both telephonically, via email and through visits by customers to the Kings showroom. Clients can then choose what they require and a pro-forma invoice / quotation is issued. A refundable deposit is charged and reimbursed provided all the goods are returned in the same order it was received in.

Kings operates with a staff complement of 25 operational people and two administrative staff.
Kings is open Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 17:00.
On Friday we are closed between 12:00 and 14:00.
Deliveries are made to all areas in and around Gauteng. Should your function fall on a weekend, Kings would deliver the Friday before and pick up the Monday after. Delivery is usually made a day before the function or as clients request.
All crockery and cutlery does not have to be washed when returned. Chairs, marquees, crockery and cutlery are washed before delivery; same applies to chair covers, table cloths and other linen.
We offer free standing and peg and pole marquees. A structural engineer can be contracted and the customer would be responsible for payment.
