The house offers convenient access to central Cape Town, the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Table Mountain, and is only ten minutes' drive to shopping malls, cinemas and recreational facilities including Ratanga Junction and Century City Shopping Mall. Two beautiful golf courses are located within 5 to 10 km. The beautiful beaches along the coast are a surfer’s paradise. Accommodation't Weyntjes Huys offers luxury self catering accommodation in 1 or 2 bedroom cottages and b&b accommodation in an en-suite guest room. Self Catering Cottages: All of the self catering cottages have a view of the garden and swimming pool. The cottages are tastefully furnished with either 1 or 2 bedrooms, separate bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, lounge with TV and sleeper couch and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, stove, microwave and all crockery and cutlery. The 1 bedroom cottage has twin beds (2 x single beds), while the 2 bedroom cottages each have 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 with twin beds (2 x single beds). Towels and bed linen are provided and the cottages are serviced twice a week. Breakfast is available on request. En-suite B&B Room: A nice room with TV, bathroom with bath and shower and a large balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool. DIRECTIONS: Coming from Cape Town Driving out of Town, take exit Milnerton (R27) on your left past the bridge. Past Milnerton, you will see Sunset Beach on your left. Don't turn left into Sunset Beach at the Engen garage but continue and take the second entrance left, this is Bay Beach Avenue number 85 - 't Weyntjes Huys. Coming from Table View 4km past Dolphin Beach Hotel, you will see Sunset Beach on your right. Turn right into Bay Beach Avenue number 85 - 't Weyntjes Huys. Coming from the airport Take direction Cape Town on the N2. Past the two cooling towers take exit Milnerton which turns onto the M5. Follow direction Milnerton and keep right before the bridge. At the first set of traffic lights you are at the beginning of Koeberg Road. Drive straight for about 6km until the Race Course Road intersection (Trade Center on your right corner and Medi Clinic on your left). Turn left into Race Course Road and at the next traffic lights turn right. You are on the R27 now just before Sunset Beach. Don't turn left into Sunset Beach at the Engen garage but continue and take the second entrance left Bay Beach Avenue number 85 - 't Weyntjes Huys. |
