ACCOMMODATION:Bed & Breakfast Accommodation: The main house has four en-suite double bedrooms, all with full picture windows with unobstructed views, overlooking our unique rim flow pool. The rooms all have sliding doors, leading on to the two large pool decks and have ceiling fans. Cape Town Self Catering Accommodation: There are two beautifully fitted and equipped self-catering cottages, each with double en-suite bedroom and lounge with double sleeper couch. T.V. open plan dinette and fully fitted kitchen. Ample off street parking. B.B.Q. facilities are provided. HOUT BAY:Hout Bay is situated on the very popular Atlantic Seaboard and is only 20 minutes away from Cape Town city and the V&A Waterfront, as well as the start of the wine route and all other main attractions. DIRECTIONS: From Cape Town International Airport (Recommended Route) Take the N2 towards Cape Town. Take the M3 exit No 6 to the left for Kirstenbosch. You will pass the University of Cape Town on your right hand side. At the first and only traffic light you come to since leaving the airport, turn right M63 sign that says Kirstenbosch and follow this road past Kirstenbosch on your right until you find a T junction. Turn right (sign reads M63 Hout Bay, Constantia Nek) and follow this winding road to the Constantia traffic circle. Miss the 1st turn off and take the turn that says M63 Hout Bay. Take note of the kilometres here. The turn off to Troodos House is exactly 4.3 km from the circle (round about). Go down this winding road, you will pass Dorman Way (Oakhurst Farm Park Kwikspar) on your left. You are now 1.1km. to Hughenden Road. Turn left up this road, go 100 meters up and turn left into Whittlers Way. Proceed up this road a short way and at the first right turn up Cherry Laan. Go up this short road and turn left into Plumtree Ave. Pass the first road on your right and Troodos House is a few metres on your right No 8. From the Cape Town Waterfront along the coastal route Follow the M6 through Seapoint / Camps Bay / Llandudno to Hout Bay. Going down the road you will approach a traffic light, immediately before this light is a left turn sign says M63 Constantia. Take this left turn and drive past the first circle and turn left at the second circle (reads Constantia M63). From this circle you drive 1.1km and turn up Hughenden Road. Proceed for 100 meters; the road bears left and becomes Whittlers Way. Follow this road a short distance and turn right at the first road (Cherry Laan). Go up to the T. This is Plumtree Ave. Turn left pass the first road on your right; a few meters on is Troodos House No 8.
