ACCOMMODATIONWe offer a tastefully furnished, fully equipped, self-catering open plan living space with: fully equipped kitchen with stove and bar counter dining area seats 4 double bedroom on mezzanine level sleeper couch for 2 persons permanent photo gallery on the walls 2 full bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with bath) and separate guest toilet - all bathrooms have white tiles from floor to ceiling linen and towels supplied great views from floor to ceiling - 5m high windows over Table Mountain, the City and harbour "The Africa Studio" accommodates 2 persons comfortably but can accommodate a further 2 on a double sleeper couch in the living area. ADDITIONAL FACILITIESThe building offers a communal swimming pool and a laundry and the highest standards in security, with 24 hour patrols. Entrance via reception area with camera surveillance and access to all floors only with microchip. Access to garage and your own private undercover parking with remote control. DIRECTIONS: From Cape Town International Airport: Leave airport onto N2 direction City (towards Table Mountain) follow the N2 all the way. Continue on the Eastern Boulevard direction Foreshore, Sea Point, Waterfront (also called Table Bay Boulevard). Follow through to the end. The big street is already Buitengracht (also called M 62), just as you come off the highway. Entrance to Waterfront lies to your right hand side. After the second sets of traffic lights at corner of Strand Street you should already see the building with its arched rooftop. Do a U-turn at the corner of the next big intersection at Wale Street. The complex is called "The Studios" opposite the big parking. At street level you will find "Autohaus Goebel". The entrance to the reception is a the corner of the building. |
