AccommodationSeabreeze sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are carpeted with modern dark wooden furnishings with dressing table and chair. The linen is crisp and white. The living area has beautifully tiled floors, leather furniture and all the windows have cherrywood blinds while both bathrooms are fitted with cream aluminium blinds. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, Teak bedside tables, Yellow Wood bedside lamps with white lampshades as well as a three drawer Teak dressing table and chair. Again beautiful sea views and an en-suite bathroom with sophisticated fittings including a heated towel rack and free standing bath. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, Teak bedside tables, Teak and Cane bedside lamps with white lampshades as well as a two drawer Teak dressing table and chair. This room is graced with spectacular views of Table Mountain and Devils Peak. The guest bathroom alongside is stylishly fitted and has a shower. FacilitiesThe fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast nook, granite tops and modern metallic accessories, includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board and plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The living area not only has wonderful sea views, but also boasts under floor heating, an LCD 20” screen television, DVD and surround sound. There is a DSTV satellite decoder for guests with their own smart card. Seabreeze is situated in a secure block and has a secure parking garage. DIRECTIONS: From Cape Town International Airport: Approximately 25 km (30 minutes) Exit Airport – Continue for approximately 3 km Merge onto the N2 highway direction Cape Town Follow N2 City/Stad signs Approximately 8,5 km: Industrial silos on the right hand side 13,4 km: M3 Muizenberg, Rhodes Drive turn off to the left. 14,1 km: Groote Schuur Hospital on the right. Stay in the middle lane and follow N2 City, Foreshore, Sea point signs 17,8 km: Herzog Blvd, Paarl, City/Stad, N1 turn off to the left. Continue on M6 to the V & A Waterfront 19,5 km: Traffic light. Coen Steytler Avenue. Proceed straight over the traffic light. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right, into Western Boulevard. Continue along Western Boulevard, until you approach a traffic circle. At the circle, go ¾ around it until you get to McDonalds (on your left hand side). Turn left into Fritz Sonnenburg Road. The golf course will be on your right hand side. Proceed straight and around the bend, until you reach the end of the road, which is Beach Road.
