Rhebokskloof is undeniably one of the most beautiful wine farms you will have the privilege of visiting. Set on the outskirts of the historic town of Paarl, elegant willow trees, tranquil lakes, shady oaks and splendid vineyards all combine with our heritage Cape Dutch buildings to create the perfect setting for you.

The natural beauty of the area is complimented by the perfect positioning of heritage buildings, in a garden setting. Large tranquil lakes, elegant willow trees and verdant parkland make it a plush paradise you’ll want to return to again… and again.

Not only does the Estate offer a wide variety of fabulously unique wines but it also tempts you with a delicious choice of meals... from lunch, to teas and dinners too. Treat yourselves to a gourmet eating experience or superbly elegant wine tastings in a selection of rooms and restaurants. Or opt for something outdoors and take one of our personally packed picnics onto the lawns… or down to the lake.

The Victorian Restaurant

Executive Chef, Elton Flack, has travelled extensively and his mouth-watering food is inspired by his many international cuisine experiences. Quiet and unassuming Elton takes great pains over the food he creates. The results are always a delight on the palate and a feast to the eye. He combines traditional South African dishes with international flavours and concepts to give you a meal you will never forget.

Rhebokskloof’s award winning a la carte restaurant, the Victorian, boast a large terrace with breathtaking garden, vineyard, mountain and lake views. Here you can enjoy delicious breakfasts, teas, light lunches and dinners on the terrace in summer. And in the winter there’s no better place to savour Elton’s signature dishes than in front of cosy fireplace indoors in the splendour of the Victorian Restaurant.

The Victorian Restaurant is open seven days a week, 365 days a year including public holidays. With your choice of Rhebokskloof wine to compliment your meal you couldn’t wish for a better experience.

Weddings & Conferences

The Estate is an extremely popular venue for celebrating weddings and special events. Weddings, special birthdays and anniversaries are so much more special when held in the beautiful surroundings offered by Rhebokskloof. Our experienced Hospitality Team will guide you through the arrangements leading up to and on the day. A list of reliable and professional service providers is on hand should you wish to consult any of them. We aim to relieve you of the stress that can so easily detract from the enjoyment of planning your wedding.

Our team of expert chefs will create a magical culinary event that will leave your guests delighted beyond expectation. Pair this with a range of fine, full-bodied wines and they will leave only to return again for more.

Rhebokskloof offers a variety of different and versatile venue options:

Venues

The following venues, ideal for weddings, events and business functions are available on the estate:

The Boardroom - 15 guests.
Located next to the Victorian Restaurant the boardroom offers meeting facilities for up to 15 people.

Cape Dutch Homestead - 120 guests.
A very popular wedding venue with beautiful views, ideal for dinner and dance.

Rhebok - 300 guests.
This large free flow tent, located next to the wine cellar, is ideal for dinner/dance functions, celebrations, product launches and weddings. It seats 300 people including the dance floor.

Ribbok - 120 guests:
This romantic and private gazebo area is ideal for outdoor wedding ceremonies. The Ribbok boasts an elegant gazebo that overlooks the garden and lake. We role out the red carpet down the central walkway and provide outdoor seating for 120 guests. In the event that the weather does not permit a garden ceremony we will easily accommodate you in the alternative venue of the Grysbok.

Facilities & service

Function Menus:
Executive Chef, Elton Flack, has compiled an array of delicious menus perfect for every function. We are able to cater for buffets, semi-buffets, full set menus and also a cocktail style function depending on your preference.

Beverages:
Rhebokskloof venues are all fully licensed and provide all beverages including bottled waters and grape juices.

Photography:
Rhebokskloof boasts picturesque gardens, lakes and vineyards, all of which provide the ideal backdrop for your wedding pictures.

Flowers and Decor:
The Hospitality Team will assist you in planning your table and floor layout. We provide 6, 8, 10 and 12-seater tables and offer an all-white linen service.

Transport:
Arrangements can be made for guests of honour to arrive in a vintage horse-drawn carriage.

Wine Tasting

The Rhebokskloof Wine Shop is open 365 days of the year from 9 am to 5pm. You are invited to taste top quality wines in a choice of formal grand venues or informal cosy rooms. On purchasing your favourite wines we will be only too happy to have them shipped to the destination of your choice. You will also find a variety of memorabilia and curious to purchase.
