Cape Point Lodge is situated in the small seaside village of Scarborough, the only recreational village close to Cape Town, with unspoiled beaches and mountains, right on the doorstep of the Cape Point National Park. The lovely Lodge offers breathtaking sea, mountain and reserve-views.
Away from the busy city, you can rest out and enjoy the peace and listen to the sound of the waves breaking onto the beach. If you enjoy sport, Scarborough's beach-break is a world famous wind surfers' and surfers' spot, with the most consistent wind and waves in the country. Ideal also for kite-surfing and kite-flying, horse riding, bicycling and hiking in the absolutely breathtaking, secluded mountains with the most varying and incredible flower and bird life.
ACCOMMODATION:
The unique, fully furnished house offers warmth and a lot of space, 3 double bed-rooms (main en-suite), a huge open plan lounge with wooden floors, a yellowwood and cedar kitchen and a bamboo bathrooms with Victorian bath.
The main-bedroom with double-bed on the upper level has lovely sea views and on your large deck you can watch the animals of the reserve or the amazing sunsets. The second bedroom upstairs comprises two single bed and is ideal for the extended family. Down the spiral staircase is the third, enormous bedroom with double bed, extra dressing room and a private bathroom with shower. There is also a small room with washing machine for your laundry.
The fully wooden warm kitchen is a pleasure to work and when you serve your meals you can have uninterrupted reserve-views from your spacious lounge/dining room. The enormous covered sundeck with views over the Atlantic ocean are ideal for your sundowners after a relaxing day on Scarborough's unspoiled stunning beach. The fully indigenous garden for your barbecues will give you an unforgettable holiday.

DIRECTIONS:
From Cape Town, take the M3 towards Muizenberg. Turn right at the end, than left onto Ou Kaapse weg. Over the pass through the Silvermine Nature Reserve. Continue past Pick 'n Pay traffic lights to next set of traffic lights, then turn right into Old Kommetjie Road (M65) and follow road through Kommetjie to Scarborough as if you are going to Cape Point Nature Reserve. Or Follow the M66/M65 Scarborough via Redhill from Simonstown. In Scarborough continue down the Main road till you reach Duiker Road.
