DESCRIPTION:

CampsBayGlen is a rare gem in Camps Bay. We are on the edge of a little nature reserve glen and have a very unique and beautiful natural mountain river flowing right through the garden attracting many birds. Tons of nature with a huge pool and sunning areas with deck chairs and lots of private places in the garden make CampsBayGlen a truly special environment.

Lie around in the sun or barbecue or take it easy in the hammocks at the hammock lounge overlapping the pool where you can enjoy laid back days under the shade of the hammock cabana. Or take a walk to the beach. But here you can escape the crowds of Cape Town. It’s a perfect place for those who love nature.
.
The sense of nature and mountains and peace and quiet with the gurgling mountain brook will help to chill you out! We are a stone throw from all the action, from hikes, to beaches, to restaurants to night life clubbing and shopping. You can walk to the beach. You can completely escape the crowds here or use Campsbayglen as the perfect exploration base. There are peaceful neighbourhood walks too!

We have a little supermarket and restaurant on our road and taxis on the corner. Beautiful views and all rooms get high speed internet WIFI! Perfect for business or holiday. Cool and shady at the riverside and hammocks but hot and sunny at the pool. You are so near the action yet you'll feel as if you are out in the bush or the country side!

DIRECTIONS:

From Cape Town International Airport
From Cape Town International take the N2 (Settlers Way) in the direction of Cape Town for approx. 10 km. Take the right Eastern Boulevard N2 / Cape Town / Waterfront fork on top of first the hill (Devil’s Peak). Keep following the N2 signs for approximately 4 km as the Eastern Boulevard joins the N1 on the Foreshore.

The harbour will now be on your right and Cape Town city centre / Table Mountain on your left as you go on a bridge for approximately 1-2 km. Keep in the 2nd / 3rd left hand M6 Sea Point / Waterfront lane as the bridge curves to the left as you approach the first set of robots. Continue straight through all the robots (Buitengracht Street) over Kloof Neck (between Table Mountain on the left and Lion’s Head on the right). Continue straight over the neck at the island, at the top of Kloof Neck, into Camps Bay Drive, as it winds down the mountain for approx. 3-4 km.

When you see the only little supermarket and restaurant - The Cattle Baron - in Camps Bay that’s not on Beach Road, on your left hand side, this is where you will find Rottingdean Road - Turn Left into it - and follow it around a little hairpin bend and where you see a cluster of trees you will see Rottingdean Road number 40.
