Boat and rock-based angling is a popular sport among many visitors, and the Struisbaai harbour is a good inspiration for artists and photographers. C-View is a luxury self-catering guest house, situated between Struisbaai and the famous Cape Agulhas, on the coastline. This stunning accommodation has 3 units, with the sea only 150 steps away. You can watch, hear and smell the sea from your en-suite bedroom and you can enjoy a full sea view and incredible sunsets. From June to November you can see the whales from your balcony. The famous "Skulpiesbaai" is just in front of C-View. AccommodationThese units are fully equipped and we also supply bedding, and towels. Our quests must bring their own swimming towels. Each unit has a private braai-area, TV (M-Net) and private garage. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and each bedroom has its own bathroom. In every unit is a safe for valuables and also a hairdryer and iron is supply. Cottage No.1 Contains an open-plan kitchen / lounge and one bedroom with its own full bathroom. It also has a stainless steel braai and its own lock-up garage and a full sea-view. Cottage No.2 Is on the top level and contains three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and each room has a full sea-view. The cottage also has an open-plan kitchen / lounge, a built-in braai place and its own lock-up garage. Cottage No 3 Unit number three is the most luxurious of all units. It is very spacious but has only one bedroom with its own bathroom, a large living area, a kitchen and built-in braai place. All the rooms have a full sea-view. Attractions & Activities• Visit the nature reserves in the surroundings. • Visit the southern most tip of Africa and the Cape Agulhas Lighthouse (about 3km away). • Watch whales and dolphins (June to November) • Go fishing or explore our rock-pools. (That will definitely keep the children busy) • Enjoy a swim in the rock-pools in front of the house or enjoy a swim at the main beach. • Visit the picturesque Struisbaai harbour and enjoy a fish and chips lunch at the restaurant. • Take a walk on "Die Plaat" its longest 14km uninterrupted white beach.. • Walk the Spookdraai Hiking Trail and many other safe walking trails and enjoy the bird life and the smell of the fynbos. • Visit our local shell and craft shops. DIRECTIONS: From Cape Town: Take the N2 to Caledon. Turn right at Caledon towards Bredasdorp on the R316. In Bredasdorp you drive through town, at the police station you turn to your right and take the R319 to Struisbaai./Agulhas. As you enter Struisbaai you pass two four-way stops. As you come to the second stop, you will see O.K. Grocer on your right. From their you drive another 1.7 km, on your way to Agulhas. After 1.7 km you turn right into Myburgh Street. C-view Accommodation is the third house on your right hand. |
