A swimming pool and tranquil garden invite guests to relax. Choose between Bed and Breakfast or Self-Catering accommodation. Bradclin House is very centrally situated for the Honeymoon, Leisure, or Business traveller as we are within easy distance of both the local business districts and the top tourist attractions. We pride ourselves on our level of service and hospitality. As one guest wrote "Your hospitality gives the Hilton group a run for their money!" We aim to please! AccommodationThe "Feathers" suite (see photo gallery thumbnails 7, 8, 9) consists of a bedroom with double bed, desk, telephone, well equipped kitchen with two-plate mini stove with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer section, kettle, and toaster and all cutlery & crockery. The comfortable lounge has a lounge suite and dining table for 4, small desk, DSTV, a variety of board games, magazines and a selection of both fiction and non-fiction books. The bathroom has a bath and shower plus a separate toilet. The lounge, bedroom, and kitchen have wall heaters. Doors from both bedroom and lounge open to the sunroom which in turn opens to the garden area. Linen, towels, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and electronic safe are all provided. This suite has its own entrance, secure parking, and its own alarm system. Well suited to overseas visitors, honeymoon couples or business corporate stays where a high level of comfort is required. This suite is serviced Mondays Saturdays. The "Captain's Cabin" suite (see photo gallery thumbnails 4, 5, 6) can be either twin bedded or king with an adjoining sunroom equipped with a double sleeper couch, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery & cutlery, DSTV and reading material. A large private bathroom with a corner bath encourages you to relax from the stresses and strains of modern life! A separate shower adjoins the bathroom. The outside patio has a large table with 4 chairs. Linen, towels, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and safe are all provided. This suite has a private entrance, secure parking, and its own alarm system. This suite is serviced Monday to Saturday. The Pelican Post suite (see photo gallery thumbnails 2, 3) is upstairs, private, and cosy! A double bed, TV with DVD player and DSTV make this a TV addicts dream! Black leather lounge chairs encourage you to relax with a book or magazine. The kitchenette is fully equipped; the bathroom has a spacious shower. This studio is ideal for couples or business singles. In all units: Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar are provided. Complimentary toiletries are provided A Breakfast Tray and a Dinner Tray are optional extras and must be pre-booked. Laundry facilities, Internet access, International plugs, beach towels, and basic toiletries are available. Airport transfers can be arranged for a nominal fee. All suites are non-smoking but smoking is permitted in the garden or on the patio. Owners, Judelle & James are able to advise on day excursions. For the Business Traveller 10 minutes from Cape Town International Close access to N2 and N1 Pinelands has an excellent hospital, Vincent Pallotti Old Mutual Head office is literally just around the corner from Bradclin House The Epping and Ndabeni Business districts are within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Pinelands has it's own shopping centre, Howard Centre All the major banks are represented - Standard, Absa, FNB, Nedbank PostNet and Post Office are both at the centre Restaurants and coffee shops cater for those hunger pangs! Mowbray and Rondebosch Golf courses are very close by for the leisure hours Canal Walk (the largest shopping centre in Cape Town) is approx. 15 to 20 minutes -drive for all those gifts you might need. For the Leisure TravellerPinelands is very central for all the tourist attractions: V&A Waterfront Table Mountain Clifton Beach (for the sun-worshippers) Blouberg Beach (Wind-surfing and walking) Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens Simonstown and the Penguin Colony Kalk Bay - a fishing village with interesting antique, art and coffee shops. DIRECTIONS: From Cape Town International Airport From Cape Town International airport, take the N2 towards City. Turn off at Exit 11, Jan Smuts, stay in the right hand lane and take the Pinelands turn-off, Exit 11B. Continue along Jan Smuts until the first traffic lights where you turn left into Forest Drive, Pinelands. Turn left at the next traffic lights into Ringwood Drive, then immediately right into the Forest Drive Service road, which runs parallel to Forest drive. Drive down one block, turn left into Margaret Place. Bradclin House is a double-storey, the second house on the left marked 20 on timber driveway gates. The house is surrounded by a hedge and faces a field of pine trees. Arrival after 20h00 Please phone us on arrival, if arriving after 20h00, as the bell will disturb our other guests.
