Both levels can be rented separately or can combine easily to form an eight-bedroom luxury accommodation. This is ideal for large families, groups of friends or business people looking to host a memorable function. Beachside Villa and Penthouse was designed for Camps Bay holiday rentals. THE VILLAThe Villa features stylish open plan formal lounge and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and conveniences. Balconies from the upper level of this luxury accommodation offer wonderful views of the Cape Towns Twelve Apostles and Camps Bay beach. Lounge around getting the perfect tan in the spectacular swimming pool and sun-deck area. Enjoy the bar and barbecue facilities on the perfect summer days. All 5 luxury bedrooms are of boutique-hotel standard with their en-suite bathrooms and free standing televisions. Two bedrooms have queen beds and three have twin beds. THE PENTHOUSEThe Penthouse offers ultra-modern, tastefully decorated accommodation in dark wooded African renaissance style, with 3 bedrooms all with bathrooms en suite, a spacious, state of the art living area and kitchen. Bathed in luxury, enjoy the stunning sea view from the heated spa on the deck, sundowners while watching the magnificent sunsets and eating al fresco whilst soaking up the beauty of Camps Bay in sheer comfort. Beachside Penthouse can accommodate up to 6 people. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed and the en-suite bathroom finished in travertine tiles has bath, shower and double basins plus a heated towel rail. A second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and en-suite shower room and enjoys sea views. A third bedroom also overlooks the ocean and has two single beds with en-suite shower room. All bedrooms enjoy fantastic sea views. DIRECTIONS: Follow the N2 road signs to Cape Town, also known as the Eastern Boulevard as you approach the city boundaries. At the first set of traffic lights where the Eastern Boulevard ends and you enter the city, you will see the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) on your left and the entrance to the V&A Waterfront to your right. Stay in the middle lane and follow the M62 into the city. Continue straight on the M62 (Buitengracht Street which becomes Kloofnek Road) towards the Table Mountain Cableway/Camps Bay. As you reach the top of Kloofnek Road you will notice the Cableway turn-off to your left and the Signal Hill turn-off to your right. Pass and continue over the mountain crest downhill on the M62 into Camps Bay. Stay on this winding Camps Bay Road downhill until you get to a traffic light T-junction at the ocean. Make a right turn into Victoria Road. The beach should be on your left. Continue past the restaurants on your right until just after the football (soccer) playing grounds. Take the first road (Meadway) to your right. Go past the first intersection and make a left at the second intersection. You are now on Central Drive we are house number 14 on your left. |
