ACCOMMODATIONThe apartment is situated in a fenced complex with security gates at the entrance, which is just a short walk from Big Bay Beach (popular with swimmers and surfers) and a 5 minute drive from Blouberg Beach (great for jogging, roller blading, kite- and windsurfing). A shopping centre with access to all essential shopping is within walking distance. The apartment consists of: Ground Floor: • Double Garage First Floor: • Lounge with 2 couches, TV and video machine, radio / CD player • Open plan dining area / kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, washing machine and tumble drier, fridge / deep-freeze, toaster, coffee maker and crockery / cutlery for 7 people. • Large balcony with sun umbrella, lounger, table and chairs. Views from balcony • Portable barbeque facilities (gas) which can be used in the back garden or balcony. • Small contained Garden • Guest loo • Extra room with single bed and chest of drawers.
