It is privately owned and meticulously cared for. The apartment sleeps 7 people comfortably, has stunning views of Table Mountain and is walking distance to Big Bay beach and a short drive to a number of long white sandy beaches. The MyCiti bus stop is outside the complex next door, making easy access to Bayside Shopping Centre (Game store, Dischem, Ster Kinekor, restaurants and banks), as well as Cape Town city (Artscape Theatre, Green Market Square, Waterfront). ACCOMMODATIONThe apartment is in a fenced complex with security gates at the entrance. Big Bay Beach, (popular with swimmers, surfers and kitesurfers) is a 5 minute walk from the complex. Lifesavers are on duty from December to end of Easter weekend 10h00 - 18h00. Blouberg Beach is 5 minutes drive away great for jogging, roller blading, kite- and windsurfing. Two shopping centres with access to all essential shopping and a choice of good restaurants are within walking distance.
