The Guesthouse is spread over two floors, with four sea facing rooms and two pool facing rooms. AccommodationThe rooms have been tastefully decorated in fresh, clean colours to accompany the magnificent sea views. All the rooms are en-suite with either shower only or bath / shower. Our rooms are spacious and all of them either lead out onto a balcony or pool area. We have two interleading sea facing rooms available for families travelling with children. This allows the guest access to both rooms privately without having to enter the main Guesthouse. BreakfastThere is a separate dining area where we serve breakfast. This is a large open plan room with seating for 16 people. It opens up onto a pretty patio which has partial sea views. ServiceThe staff are very helpful and you are met with a smile at all times. Should you require advice or recommendations the staff are available seven days a week to guide you. In the evening we welcome you to relax on the balcony or pool deck and watch the magnificent sunsets Cape Town is famous for. You may even see a whale or two frolicking in the ocean. LocationThe Guesthouse is very easy to find. We are on the main road that takes you to Cape Town / Waterfront and the coastal route that takes you to Cape Point. 61 on Camps Bay Drive is within walking distance of the famous Camps Bay beach, with its trendy restaurants, shops, world-class theatre and sidewalk cafes. If you want to get away from the crowds then the exclusive and private Bakoven beach is also within walking distance. Attractions61 on Camps Bay Drive is conveniently located for the Cable Car, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town Convention Centre and Clifton Beach. These are all only minutes away - to name a few attractions. DIRECTIONS: From Cape Town centre • From the airport you drive directly onto the N2 Highway, following the City / Cape Town signs. • Drive along the N2 Highway following the Sea Point/Waterfront signs till you come to traffic lights which is the end of the highway. • Carry on driving straight up Buitengracht Street following the Camps Bay / Table Mountain Cable Car signs. • Buitengracht becomes Kloof Nek Road. • You continue driving straight up the mountain till you come to a circle at the top. • Continue round the circle and drive down Camps Bay drive, which is a long winding road going down towards the sea. • You will pass the Hussar Grill on your left. • Continuing towards the sea, cross over 3-way stop street at Houghton Road - Veterinary Clinic on your right • 61 on Camps Bay Drive is on your right hand side, next door to the Veterinary Clinic. |
