This area of Cape Town is right in the CBD of the city and is perfectly positioned between the city centre, Green Point and the V&A Waterfront which are all no more than fifteen minutes walk. Located on this historical cobbled street just up from the Village Cafι guests can enjoy having space and privacy and be within easy walking distance to a good selection of highly recommended restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, clubs, delis and designer shops. Hire Car companies are also just a minutes walk away and the Cape Town International Convention Centre is a five minute walk. ACCOMMODATIONAs you enter the property, via a central corridor, you pass the air-conditioned double bedroom on one side and single bedroom plus shared bathroom on the other. The entertaining heart of the property is open plan with six seated dining area, comfortable living space, fireplace and fully fitted kitchen that all overlook the private enclosed fountain court-yard. A staircase takes you to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and opens out onto its own private terrace with Jacuzzi. The court-yard below has external steps that take you to the top roof terrace with spectacular 360deg views of Table Mountain, the City and Harbour. DIRECTIONS: From Cape Town International Airport: it will take you approx 30 minutes to drive. take the N2 motorway and follow signs for Cape Town. after 18km follow M6 to Waterfront and C.T.I.C.C; this highway runs between the harbour and city. 1st set of traffic lights go straight across - C.T.I.C.C.(Cape Town International Conference Centre) will be on your left and V&A Waterfront is signposted to the right; you are now on Buitengracht Street. 2nd and 3rd set of traffic lights go straight across - get into right hand lane. 2nd & 3rd set of traffic lights go straight across - get into right hand lane. 4th set of traffic lights turn right into Strand Street. continue straight and take 3rd street on right into Loader Street. you are now in De Waterkant Village! 2nd turning on the right is our new reception under 40 Napier Street. Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm and weekends 10:00am to 3:00pm.
