About Yotclub B&B
The Yotclub Bed & Breakfast is situated in the centre of Oudtshoorn on the popular Cape Route 62. We are a few minutes (safe) walk to all leading restaurants and shops.
With uninterrupted views of the magestic Swartberg mountains and overlooking the Grobbelaars River, the Yotclub B&B is a tranquil base from which to explore all that the Little Karoo has to offer.
The Yotclub is a birding and otter sanctuary and features an otter and bird hide on the property where guests can enjoy looking for Cape clawless otters and over 70 species of birds.
The main house is a traditional Karoo homestead dating back to the late 19th century and has spectacular park-like gardens running down to the river. Your hosts, Winfred & Daniela, look forward to welcoming you.

In the summer months, we serve breakfast on the patio overlooking the river and gardens and in the winter, in the beautiful dining rooms. Breakfast consists of tea or filter coffee, fresh fruit and yoghurt, cereals (including our own special recipe muesli), followed by delicious homemade bread and a cooked breakfast to your liking, often with a unexpected twist on the traditional, for example ostrich meatballs and bobotie. If you stay with us for more than one night, we make sure that your breakfasts are different each day.
Located on a secluded lower terrace with lovely views of the mountains, the pool is the perfect spot to relax after a day's sightseeing. Pool loungers are alongside for guest use as well as an outdoor shower. Swimming towels are provided.
Our bird and otter hide is the perfect place to enjoy a sundowner before walking to dinner at a nearby restaurant. The little Karoo has some of the most spectacular sunsets in Africa, as well as some of the clearest night skies. Pop down to the hide after dinner - maybe you will catch a glimpse of the otters and for certain, the Milky Way.
