DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Deposits are often required to confirm a booking. Please enquire with Woodpecker's Inn for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations which are cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival will be full refundable.
Reservations which are cancelled 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 75% cancellation fee of the total booked value.
Reservations which are cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% cancellation fee of the total booked value
No-Show is the non-arrival of a guest without prior notification to the Guesthouse.
In the case of a no-show a 100% no-show fee of the total booked value will be charged.
