Notes:
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required over weekends and 3 nights over long weekends.
Children under 12 - 50% of adult rate, under 3 - no charge.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit will be required upon confirmation of booking and the balance paid 2 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received 0-7 days prior to check-in date forfeit full deposit,
Cancellations received 8-14 days prior to check-in date forfeit 75% of deposit,
Cancellations received 15-21 days prior to check-in date forfeit 50% of the deposit
Cancellations received 22-28 days prior to check-in date forfeit 25% of the deposit.
The deposit is only fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 29+ days prior to check-in date.
