This luxurious upmarket 3 bedroom apartment has awesome sunrise and sunset sea views and is a short walk to the cliff paths. Whale Rock apartment sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Two of the rooms have double beds and one has twin beds. There are two bathrooms for the rooms and bed linen, as well as bath towels are provided. The apartment has a an open plan living area which opens, through sliding doors, to the patio which boasts lovely sea views and a gas braai. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living / dining area which is comfortable and tastefully furnished. A 10 seater dining table provides the perfect place for meals together.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

No keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A once off cleaning and laundry fee applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay. A refundable breakages deposit equal to one days rental is due.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
