Whale Cottage Guest Houses are unique in not charging their single guests a singles surcharge, and in offering their guests a Whale Cottage Loyalty Card, offering them 1 night's free accommodation for every 10 nights at a Whale Cottage Guest House in Camps Bay, Hermanus, Franschhoek and Plettenberg Bay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel 14 days or less before arrival, on day of arrival, during the stay, no show: Full payment due.
Cancel 14 - 28 days before date of arrival - full deposit due.
Cancel 28 + days before date of arrival - refund of deposit.

All refunds are subject to a 15% handling fee on the full booking value.
